About us

Rev. Samuel Ebenezer Entsua-Mensah is a Dutch citizen of Ghanaian origin. He was born and raised in Ghana and now lives in Amsterdam with his wife, Philomena, and their three sons: Wesley, Nathanael, and Jotham.

After completing a Diploma in Theology and Biblical Studies, he began his ministry journey in Ghana and was ordained as a preacher on May 4, 2013, in Kumasi.

Rev. Entsua-Mensah is the founder and senior pastor of City Gate Chapel International, a network of churches and fellowships. 

He is active in online ministry through his YouTube channel, Holy Frequency, where he teaches practical Christian faith, biblical interpretation, and apologetics. The channel is a resource for believers seeking clarity and depth in their spiritual walk.

As an author, he has published several books since 2013, starting with A Practical Guide for Activating the Promises of God. His other titles include:

Rev. Entsua-Mensah is currently pursuing a BA in Theology and Religious Studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His studies reflect his commitment to strong biblical theology and Spirit-led ministry.

He believes in combining sound doctrine with the power of the Holy Spirit. This balance shapes both his personal faith and public ministry, helping him teach and lead with conviction, clarity, and spiritual impact.
